The curriculum is aligned with the strategic objectives of Lodz University of Technology, in particular:
Second-cycle studies in management allow students to learn economics and management combined with selected technical areas and business practice. They enable you to learn about process management, business relationship management, international marketing, innovation design and implementation, business ethics, law, finance, logistics, and manufacturing processes. They allow you to learn the skills to solve management problems, as well as to gain knowledge in the field of risk and crisis management. They develop your competence in negotiating, constructing HR management instruments and applying methods and tools to solve decision-making problems. Selected subjects are taught in English.
Graduates are able to solve advanced economic and organizational problems and are prepared to apply modern methods and techniques in the area of business organization and management. Their skills enable them to hold managerial, analytical, and specialist positions at various levels of the organizational structure. Graduates find employment in companies, financial institutions, and public administration. Some may decide to set up startups during or after completing their degree. The second-cycle program also prepares students to pursue further education and undertake third-cycle studies.
