I degree studies

The admission for the first degree studies for the Winter semester in the academic year 2019/2020 will open in June and will last till the middle of July. The exact deadlines will be announced soon.


1st step of the admission to the 1st degree studies

 

During the first step of the admission process, it is obligatory to send scans of the required document to the following e-mail address: foreignstudents@info.p.lodz.pl. In case of not delivering us all the required documents, the application will not be considered.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Request to the Vice-Rector for Education,
  2. High School Leaving Certificate with the Transcript of records with the Apostille or legalized in the country in which it was issued,
  3. Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English,
  4. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows to undertake the studies in Higher Education Institution (the rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China),
  5. Language certificate,
  6. Copy of passport,
  7. Proof of the application fee payment,
  8. Filled and signed Application Form form https://e-rekrutacja.p.lodz.pl/info/.

 

 


2nd step of the admission to the 1st degree studies

 

After receiving confirmation of being accepted, it is obligatory to deliver original documents to the Student Mobility Division located at the Lodz University of Technology (90‐539 Łódź, ul. Żwirki 36). Documents can be delivered personally or can be sent by post.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Application Form (printed from recruitment website) with the signature,
  2. High School Leaving Certificate with the Transcript of records with the Apostille or legalized in the country in which it was issued,
  3. Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English. 
  4. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows to undertake the studies in Higher Education Institution (The rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China),
  5. Copy of visa or residence card, or another document allowing for legal stay in Poland (if has been already issued),
  6. Two passport-size photos,
  7. Medical certificate stating capability of commencing studies for a certain field of studies - in Polish or English (example),
  8. Proof of the tuition fee payment for the first semester of studies,
  9. Copy of health insurance, valid in Poland,
  10. Signed ‘Provisions concerning processing of personal data of candidates for admission, students in all degree programmes, and doctoral students’.

II degree studies

The application for the Winter semester 2018/2019 is open since 03rd of June 2019 till 12th of July 2019

  4. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows to undertake the studies in Higher Education Institution (the rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China),
  5. Language certificate,
  6. Copy of passport,
  7. Proof of the application fee payment,

2nd step of the admission to the 2nd degree studies

 

After receiving confirmation of being accepted, it is obligatory to deliver original documents to the Student Mobility Division located at the Lodz University of Technology (90‐539 Łódź, ul. Żwirki 36). Documents can be delivered personally or can be sent by post.
Deadeline for delivering orignal documents is on 25th of September.

  4. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows to undertake studies in HIgher Education Institution (the rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China),
  5. Copy of visa or residence card, or another document allowing for legal stay in Poland (if has been already issued),
  6. Two passport-size photos,
  7. Medical certificate stating capability of commencing studies for a certain field of studies - in Polish or English (example),
  8. Proof of the tuition fee payment for the first semester of studies,
  9. Copy of health insurance, valid in Poland,
  10. Signed ‘Provisions concerning processing of personal data of candidates for admission, students in all degree programmes, and doctoral students’.

Spots free of charge

Candidates applying for admission to one of the two free places in a given department of the Technical University of Lodz in a given academic year, in addition to the documents required in the recruitment process, must attach additional documents (eg diplomas, certificates, etc.) to their study application, which certify exceptional achievements in science.

These additional documents must be translated by a sworn translator into Polish or English.
