Bachelor or Engineer degree studies

Admission starting in December 2022 is open only for candidates who wish to start Master's degree studies. 

If you are interested in applying for Bachelor's degree studies, deadlines of the admissions for the winter semester in the academic year 2023/2024 will be available in March 2023.


Below you can read about documents required during the admissions.


1st step of the admission to the Bachelor's degree studies

 

During the first step of the admission process, it is obligatory to upload scans of the required documents to our admission portal. In case of not delivering us all the required documents, the application will not be considered.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Application Form (printed out from the e-admissions system) with a personal signature,
    Attention: while generating the PDF with your application make sure that below the place for your signature is, International Cooperation Centre is written there. This way you can be sure that you are preparing the correct document.
  2. Request to the V-ce Rector (one for each programme you apply for) - DOWNLOAD IT FROM HERE.
  3. Secondary school-leaving certificate or high school diploma entitling to start higher education, with an Apostille or legalized in the country of issue, or confirmation from the competent institution that the candidate has started the procedure to obtain Apostille or legalization.
    Attention: Remember, that in case of legalization you are required to have the stamp and the signature of the Polish Consul! Read carefully the information linked above.
  4. Sworn translation of the certificate/diploma & ToR into Polish or English, unless it's already in Polish or English,
  5. Language certificate, unless in your previous education Polish/English was the medium of instruction,
  6. Copy of passport,
  7. Proof of the application fee payment,
  8. Scan of a passport photograph (300 dpi),
  9. Signed ‘Provisions concerning processing of personal data of candidates for admission, students in all degree programmes, and doctoral students’ (4th page of the application form).

 


2nd step of the admission to the Bachelor's degree studies

 

After receiving confirmation of being accepted, it is obligatory to deliver original documents to the Student Mobility Division located at Lodz University of Technology (90‐539 Łódź, ul. Żwirki 36). Documents can be delivered personally or can be sent by post.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Request to the V-ce Rector (for the programme on which you got accepted),
  2. Application Form (printed out from the e-admissions system) with a personal signature,
  3. Secondary school-leaving certificate or high school diploma entitling to start higher education, with an Apostille or legalized in the country of issue, or confirmation from the competent institution that the candidate has started the procedure to obtain Apostille or legalization.
    Attention: Remember, that in case of legalization you are required to have the stamp and the signature of the Polish Consul! Read carefully the information linked above. the signature of the Polish Embassy! Read carefully the information linked above,
  4. Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English, unless it's already in Polish or English,
  5. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, who will have to do nostrification of their diploma upon arrival to Poland, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows undertaking the studies in Higher Education Institution (The rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China) - read more about it here (necessary documents - point no. 2),
  6. Copy of visa or residence card, or another document allowing for legal stay in Poland (if has been already issued),
  7. One passport-size photo (37x52 mm),
  8. Proof of the tuition fee payment for the first semester of studies,
  9. Copy of health insurance, valid in Poland,
  10. Signed ‘Provisions concerning processing of personal data of candidates for admission, students in all degree programmes, and doctoral students’ (4th page of the application form),
  11. Candidates under 18 must attach parents'/legal guardians' consent for a minor to pursue their studies at Lodz University of Technology.

  4. Sworn translation of the diploma and ToR into Polish or English, unless it's already in Polish or English,
  5. Language certificate, unless in your previous education Polish/English was medium of instruction,
  6. Copy of passport,
  7. Proof of the application fee payment,

* candidates who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained their diploma may submit the relevant certificate of studies, provided that such a document, in the country in which it was issued, gives access to universities and is endorsed with an Apostille or is legalised (the certificate must be replaced by a diploma)

** candidates who are graduates of Lodz University of Technology and have not yet received their diploma may submit the relevant certificate of studies, issued by the Dean's Office (the certificate becomes invalid thirty days after its issuance and must be replaced with a diploma before it expires)
