Bachelor or Engineer degree studies

The admission for the first degree studies for the winter semester in the academic year 2020/2021 is now open! The exact deadlines will be announced soon here.


1st step of the admission to the 1st degree studies

 

During the first step of the admission process, it is obligatory to send scans of the required document to the following e-mail address: foreignstudents@info.p.lodz.pl. In case of not delivering us all the required documents, the application will not be considered.

Send all documents in one e-mail.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Request to the V-ce Rector (one for each programme you apply for),
  2. High School Leaving Certificate with the Transcript of records with the Apostille or legalized in the country in which it was issued,
    ATTENTION: because of the current situation you can alternatively present a confirmation from the embassy/consulate/ministry that you're waiting for apostille/legalization, however, in the II round of recruitment you must provide the apostille/legalization.
  3. Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English,
  4. Language certificate,
  5. Copy of passport,
  6. Proof of the application fee payment,
  7. Filled and signed Application Form form https://e-rekrutacja.p.lodz.pl/info/,
  8. Candidates under 18 must attach parents'/legal guardians' consent for a minor to pursue their studies at Lodz University of Technology.

 


2nd step of the admission to the 1st degree studies

 

After receiving confirmation of being accepted, it is obligatory to deliver original documents to the Student Mobility Division located at Lodz University of Technology (90‐539 Łódź, ul. Żwirki 36). Documents can be delivered personally or can be sent by post.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Application Form (printed from recruitment website) with the signature,
  2. High School Leaving Certificate with the Transcript of records with the Apostille or legalized in the country in which it was issued,
  3. Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English. 
  4. Additionally, in case of foreigners covered by the provisions of nostrification, it is obligatory to send the legalized statement saying that the certificate/diploma allows to undertake the studies in Higher Education Institution (The rules on nostrification do not apply to citizens of EU, EEA, OECD, Ukraine, Belarus and China) - read more about it here (necessary documents - point no. 2),
  5. Copy of visa or residence card, or another document allowing for legal stay in Poland (if has been already issued),
  6. Two passport-size photos,
  7. Medical certificate stating capability of commencing studies for a certain field of studies - in Polish or English (example),
  8. Proof of the tuition fee payment for the first semester of studies,
  9. Copy of health insurance, valid in Poland,
  10. Signed ‘Provisions concerning processing of personal data of candidates for admission, students in all degree programmes, and doctoral students’,
  11. Candidates under 18 must attach parents'/legal guardians' consent for a minor to pursue their studies at Lodz University of Technology.

Master degree studies

The admission for the second degree studies in the winter semester in the academic year 2020/2021 is now open! The exact deadlines will be listed here soon. 


1st step of the admission to the 2nd degree studies

 

During the first step of the admission process, it is obligatory to send scans of the required document to the following e-mail address: foreignstudents@info.p.lodz.pl. In case of not delivering us all the required documents, the application will not be considered.

The list of the required documents:

  1. Request to the Vice-Rector for Education (one for each of the programmes you apply for),
  2. First Degree studies diploma with transcript of records with the Apostille or legalized in the country in which it was issued,
